Sainte Foy off-piste skiing

Off-Piste and Heliskiing: in and around Sainte Foy

One of Sainte Foy's key attractions is its vast area of easily accessible off-piste. From steep terrain to gentle, picturesque tree runs, there is a good range at many levels. The mountain offers such an expanse of off-piste that it is never difficult to find a unique route down to the resort. Knowledgeable local guides enable guests to safely explore nearby off-piste highlights such as the protected village of Le Monal or Le Fogliettaz, where it is possible to drop into the neighbouring valley and explore a breathtaking powder route.

For those who wish to go slightly further afield, a day trip of heliskiing can be organised followed by a pickup in one of Première Neige's private minibuses. Improve off-piste technique on untouched snow in stunning surroundings or even pop into Italy for the day to enjoy a true Italian lunch and varied ski terrain.

Fitness levels can be put to the test with the many ski-touring routes available. All the gear is on hire in resort. More adventurous routes can climb to summits of between 3000m and 3800m.

Whether you are a novice off-piste skier or snowboarder, or a seasoned expert, Sainte Foy’s topography lends itself to all levels, all on The Peak's doorstep.
